D-EYE Srl offers a "digital eye" into the state of the human body. We design and manufacture diagnostic instruments, along with companion applications, that enable mass health screenings and data collection to improve access to vital health examination services.
D-EYE Srl is a leading developer of retinal screening systems for smartphones. Founded in 2014, the company won the Applico Prize by Fondazione Cottino and €100,000 to develop its innovative project.
In 2015, the visionary original design and development laboratory for novel technology products Si14 started to support D-EYE in the development of the its Smartphone-Based Retinal Imaging System.
In 2016, D-EYE received 1,5 million investment by Innogest, Invitalia Ventures, Giuseppe and Annamaria Cottino Foundation and Si14.
In November 2017 D-EYE won the Best Business Prize of the prestigious Italian award Premio Gaetano Marzotto and received €300,000 for future product developments.
Today, D-EYE is one of the major companies of retinal screening systems in the world, attending the most important international conferences and meetings every year.
